Founded in 1975 by Peter Kump, ICE offers highly regarded 6- to 13-month career training programs in Culinary Arts, Pastry & Baking Arts, Health-Supportive Culinary Arts, Restaurant & Culinary Management, and Hospitality & Hotel Management. Beyond our professional programs, ICE’s hands-on cooking, baking, beverage, business and food media classes are open to the public with more than 800 recreational courses and workshops offered each season. Our special events division also hosts hundreds of corporate and private cooking events, from client entertaining and sales dinners to press events, product launches and film shoots.
